Acceptance of the grant
(i) Before a grant may be activated, the institution and grant holder must accept, and agree to abide by, these Conditions and any conditions in the formal letter of award. These documents may only be signed by a senior staff member who has the authority to commit the institution to such an agreement.
(ii) The institution must obtain from all individuals subsequently funded as a result of the application the equivalent undertakings as required from the applicants when signing the application form.
(iii) Any changes to the start or end dates of the grant must be notified to arc Research and Education Department in advance.
