Limitations of arc's liability
(i) arc accepts no responsibility, financially or otherwise, for the expenditure (or liabilities arising out of such expenditure) or liabilities arising out of work other than those specifically listed in the formal letter of award and these Conditions. The control of expenditure to be funded under this grant must be governed by the normal standards and procedures of the institution and must be covered by the formal audit arrangements that exist in the institution.
(ii) The host institution must ensure that all of its employees who are arc grant holders are included within its professional liability insurance cover.
(iii) In the case of clinical trials, any institution whose employee is acting as a secondary investigator on a trial must also have professional liability insurance cover in place for that employee.
